There is a queen sleeper sofa in the living room, making it ideal for families, couples, or groups of friends. Both bathrooms are modern with shower/tub combos.

We apologize, but Bolivar Escapes cannot guarantee that these amenities will be working during your stay, and cannot offer refunds for disruption of these services. This home might have an outdoor camera(s) to monitor the exterior of the home. Any attempt at disabling, redirecting, or obscuring the camera(s) is prohibited and may result in the guest being evicted without refund of outstanding nights’ rent. If a home has a lift or elevator, it is not for the renter's use unless otherwise stated in comments or with permission from Bolivar Escapes.
We provide linens and bath towels in every house, and standard beds are made for your arrival. Linens will be provided in the home for all sleeper sofas, trundles, and pull-out bedding. Paper products, other than toilet tissue and paper towels, and cleaning supplies are not included.
There is a starter pack consisting of the items below. Please bring anything else you will need:

1 small dish soap
1 dish sponge
2 rolls toilet tissue per bathroom
Small bar hand soap per bathroom

There will be a bath towel set for each guest
Full Baths will have 2 rolls of toilet paper, trial-size hand soap, beauty bar, shampoo, and conditioner
