Salty Sandpiper is a charming pet friendly home. There is a $200 Non-Refundable Pet fee required. This home has a fenced in yard and carport area that makes it a safe gathering area for small children and pets. Inside the home, you will be greeted with an open kitchen/living room space. The kitchen is complete with all the amenities you need for preparing meals and also has a island/bar area with seating for your quests. Just off the kitchen, there is a laundry closet with a full sized washer/dryer for your convenience. The Living area has comfortable seating and TV with Hulu, Disney, and streaming abilities. Just use the WIFI information to connect. The 2 bedrooms also have TV's for your enjoyment. Bedroom 1 will have a king and bedroom 2 will have a queen and twin/twin bunk bed. On the deck, you will find ample space for dining or lounging while soaking in the gorgeous sunrises and sunsets that await you. Downstairs, you and your guests can relax in the cool shade watching the younger guests play while the adults chill waiting for something delicious cooking on the charcoal grill. There is also seating and a picnic table for convenience. When the waves and sand start calling, you're just a short walk, golf cart, or vehicle ride away. Be sure to rinse away the sand in the great outdoor shower upon returning to the cabin. The Salty Sandpiper is surely a great place to make beach memories year round!
Even when provided, internet access TV/cell service can be unreliable on the Bolivar Peninsula. We are a rural community. We apologize, but Bolivar Escapes cannot guarantee that these amenities will be working during your stay, and cannot offer refunds for disruption of these services. This home might have an outdoor camera(s) to monitor the exterior of the home. Any attempt at disabling, redirecting or obscuring the camera(s) is prohibited and may result in the guest being evicted without refund of outstanding nights’ rents. If a home has a lift or elevator, it is not for the renter's use unless otherwise stated in comments or with permission from Bolivar Escapes.
We provide linens and bath towels in every house, and standard beds are made for your arrival. Linens will be provided in the home for all sleeper sofas, trundles, and pull-out bedding. Paper products, other than toilet tissue and paper towels, and cleaning supplies are not included.
There is a starter pack consisting of the items below. Please bring anything else you will need:
1 roll of paper towels
3 white kitchen trash bags
2 dishwasher tab (if applicable)
2 laundry tab (if applicable)
1 small dish soap
1 dish sponge
2 rolls of toilet tissue per bathroom
Small bar hand soap per bathroom
1 trial size of shampoo/conditioner per full bath
1 beauty bar per bath
Small salt and pepper
Small cooking oil
There will also be a bath towel set for each guest
